1966 Chevy El Camino; 275 Hp 327 engine, Muncie 4 speed manual transmission and factory air conditioning. I have personally owned this vehicle for 20 years, but with three kids now it just doesn't get driven much anymore so I have decided to sell her. I rebuilt the motor 10 or 12 years back, mostly stock with a mild cam upgrade. I installed a front disc brakes a few year back, and I installed a Camaro quick ratio steering box along with front sway bar and gas shocks. The car drives wonderfully after this conversion. It came from the factory with a 350 ten bolt posi rear end which it still has. There has never been any accident damage to this car. The bed condition is exceptional, the paint condition is very good but not perfect. The interior is very nice. There are a couple of small cracks starting to come through the original dash but they are repairable. This car was originally a power glide automatic, but 15 years ago I converted it to a 4 speed manual car. Every detail was done to make this conversion proper, I changed the steering column, the dash gauge cluster, and I added the floor hump and shift ring that was stock on the four speed cars. I removed the original style 4 speed shifter because it would hang up, and at that time reproductions were not available. It currently has a Hurst shifter. This car runs and drives outstanding and having owned it for 20 years I can tell you most every detail regarding this car.
